For today's exercise we went hiking up to Waterfall Canyon. We were planning on going mountain biking at Snowbasin, but when we checked the weather last night it said it was going to rain today. Since we were planning on bad weather we didn't wake up early enough to go mountain biking. So instead we 
went to Waterfall Canyon. It is a really fun hike, especially with the dogs!! Our dogs crack me up, they definitely make the hike more entertaining!! I had never been up to Waterfall Canyon before!! It is so pretty up there, the waterfall is huge!! A lot bigger then i expected!! It was tons of fun!!

You go girl. You guys should hike to the M up here in MOrgan sometime. It's short, but brutal!
